The VVN2-50M liquid ring vacuum pump is a high-capacity industrial pump designed to generate vacuum and evacuate air, gases and gas-vapor mixtures from process equipment and closed industrial systems.
The pump operates according to the liquid-ring principle. During operation, the rotating impeller creates a liquid ring inside the casing, providing continuous suction, compression and displacement of the gaseous medium.
The VVN2-50M has a nominal capacity of approximately 50 m³/min, with a rated capacity of 52.5 ± 5 m³/min under specified operating conditions. The nominal initial absolute pressure is 0.02 MPa and the final absolute pressure is 0.1013 MPa. The pump shaft operates at 600 rpm.
This type of liquid ring vacuum pump is suitable for demanding industrial applications, including chemical, food processing, pulp and paper, metallurgical, oil and gas and other industries.
