Returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law, provided that the product’s original appearance, completeness and consumer properties are preserved.
Legal Terms
The company accepts returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection».
Return and Exchange Period
Goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after they have been received by the Buyer.
Return Conditions
How to Arrange a Return
Contact Us
Contact the manager and provide the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Check the Conditions
Make sure that the product has not been used, is complete and retains its original packaging.
Agreement
The manager will agree with you on the method, address and terms of return delivery.
Exchange or Refund
After the product has been received and inspected, its exchange or the refund of payment will be agreed.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», the company may refuse to exchange or accept the return of goods of proper quality if they fall within the categories specified in the current List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality That Are Not Subject to Return or Exchange.
