We arrange pickup from our production facilities and shipment of equipment by courier services. Delivery, payment, and collection terms are agreed with the manager in advance.

Delivery Methods

Choose a convenient delivery method and agree on the shipment details with the manager

Pickup

Pickup is available from the production facility addresses provided by the manager after the order has been confirmed.

From 09:00 to 17:00

Courier Services

Delivery throughout Ukraine is available to a selected branch or directly to the specified address. Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer according to the carrier’s rates.

How Delivery Works

The main stages from order confirmation to equipment receipt

Confirmation

The manager confirms the order contents, address, delivery method, and recipient details.

Packaging

The equipment is prepared for transportation and packed according to its dimensions and specific features.

Shipment

The shipment is handed over to the selected courier service for delivery to a branch or directly to the specified address.

Receipt

The Buyer checks the packaging, completeness, and condition of the goods in the presence of the carrier’s representative.

Important Information Upon Receipt

When receiving the shipment, pay attention to the integrity and original condition of the packaging. Open the shipment in the presence of the courier service representative.

Inspect the external condition and integrity of the packaging before signing the delivery documents.

Check that all items are included and that there is no visible mechanical damage.

If the condition of the packaging or goods is unsatisfactory, complete the appropriate damage report together with the courier service employee.
After accepting a shipment without inspection, claims regarding mechanical damage or missing items will not be accepted.
 

Collection by an Authorized Person

What to do if you cannot collect the shipment personally

Authorized Person

Another person may collect the shipment on your behalf, provided that the carrier’s requirements are met.

The authorized person must have the documents required to collect the shipment in accordance with the rules of the selected courier service.

If you need to change the recipient, update the address, or redirect the shipment to another branch, please contact us in advance and provide the new details.

 

Payment Methods

Payment terms are agreed upon during order placement

Cash on Delivery

Payment is made when receiving the order at the carrier’s branch or upon address delivery, provided that this service is available from the selected carrier.

Bank Transfer

Cashless payment is made according to the issued invoice using the bank details provided by the manager.
