The VVN 1-6 liquid ring vacuum pump is designed to generate vacuum by evacuating air, non-aggressive gases and gas-vapor mixtures from closed industrial equipment and process systems.
The pump operates using the liquid-ring principle. The operating liquid forms a ring inside the pump casing, enabling continuous suction and compression of the gaseous medium. This design makes the VVN 1-6 suitable for various industrial vacuum systems and process equipment.
The VVN 1-6 has a nominal pumping capacity of 6 m³/min (360 m³/h). The maximum pump power consumption is 9.6 kW, while the standard electric motor power is 15 kW. The unit operates at 1500 rpm.
